Booking Information
Please check availability by telephone prior to booking.
A deposit of £100 is payable for each week that the cottage is booked . The balance is due 4 weeks before arriving. Please make cheques payable to J. G. Kinnear. Provisional bookings can be held up to seven days pending receipt of booking form and deposit.
Stable Cottage is available from 3.00 p.m. on the Friday, the arrival day and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the departure date.
Damages or breakages to the accommodation or equipment must be paid for.
The weekly rate includes bed linen, gas and electricity. Cots and high chairs are available at no extra cost but please bring you own cot bedding.
Pets are welcome but please inform us of any pets staying. All pets must have their own bedding and must not be allowed on the furniture or to go upstairs. They must not be left unattended inside the cottage.
